College Fair
The college fair will take place throughout the Gubei campus from 10am to 1pm. Universities will be arranged in alpha order. Please arrive on campus by 9:30 where you will sign in and be directed to your table. A table sign will be available for you. We anticipate 500 plus students from around Shanghai in attendance. Shipping information is attached. Materials received prior to March 8 will be available for you at your table. The size of the table provided is 90 (l) by 45 (w) centimeters. Neither electricity nor tablecloths will be provided. Lunch and bottled water will be available for university representatives.

Presentations
For admissions officers giving presentations, presentations will take place in a separate classroom and you will be directed to the location once on campus. Computers will be available in the classroom; please be sure to have your PowerPoint presentation on a flash drive. We are currently full for presentations and there is a waiting list. If you no longer wish to give a presentation, please email sonja.phongsavanh@sh.ycef.com. Because presentations will occur during the fair, please do not leave valuables at the table in your absence.

Transportation to Concordia World Fair
Some of you plan to attend the Concordia World Fair in the afternoon of March 11 and have reserved your seat on the bus from YCIS to Concordia with us. The Concordia World Fair is a separate event so please ensure you are registered with them directly. If you will take the bus. Attached is the bus reservation listing the university and the number of seats reserved. We will collect 20 rmb cash for each seat reservation when you arrive to campus. In exchange you will receive a receipt which you must show to board the bus.

Shanghai University Reception
On Saturday, March 10 from 3pm - 5:30 pm we hope you will join us for a pre-fair reception. Several school counselors from around Shanghai will be on hand to welcome you! Please see for more information and to RSVP, please click the icon below.

Please remember that we are at the Gubei CampusIf you wish to take the metro, the Gubei campus is about a 4 streets walk from South Shuicheng Road stop on Line 10, exit 2.
